Titan is seeking upbeat, energetic and self motivated Sales Coordinators.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
»Generate and process Contracts, Proposals, Correspondence, Presentations for Account Executives
»Generate weekly reports for management
»Track contract status
»Conduct research for Account Executives
»Heavy correspondence via phone and e-mail between departments and with clientele
»Typical clerical duties (Filing/ Answering phones)
Desired Skills and Experience:
»BS/BA degree is required
»1-3 years of office experience
»An interest in Advertising and or Advertising Sales is a huge plus
»Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
»Ideal candidate will be well organized ans detail oriented with superior ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
